HIPAA Compliance:
1. Protected Health Information (PHI) Protection: We implement safeguards to protect PHI, preventing unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of sensitive health information.
2. Administrative, Physical, and Technical Safeguards: We employ administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure PHI, ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
3. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs): We enter into Business Associate Agreements with vendors and third parties who handle PHI on our behalf, ensuring they adhere to HIPAA regulations.
4. Breach Notification: In the event of a breach of unsecured PHI, we follow HIPAA breach notification requirements to mitigate risks and protect individuals' privacy rights.
